Uniform Return Policy

Sizing Exchange

Polos/tops are eligible for exchange up to 14 calendar days of delivery. All eligible garments must be returned to us; unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Please contact customer service to initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for an exchange.

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to Leaderpromos for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Leaderpromos will send the exchanged item upon receipt of the returned item at no additional charge if received within 21 days of the issued RMA.

 

We are unable to exchange or return hats. All hat sales are final.

 

Due to the custom measurements of the pants, we are unable to exchange or return pants. All pant sales are final.

 

Sizing Issues

Please utilize our size charts available on our site or reach out to customer service with any questions prior to purchasing to reduce the probability of purchasing an incorrect size.

 

Damaged Items

If a garment is defective or damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 calendar days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
